Senior Manager, Operations

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of SME Business, you will drive operational excellence to support the SME function's performance and growth. You will translate business requirements into practical operational plans, streamline processes, and ensure effective implementation of key initiatives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will improve workflows, monitor performance, resolve operational gaps, and ensure readiness for new products, policies, and system enhancements. This role requires strong execution capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Operations team, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring efficient, scalable day-to-day execution aligned with business objectives
• Design and implement digital, paperless processes across onboarding (KYC/KYB), contracting, installation & pilot, reconciliation, and dispute handling, with clear SLAs and performance metrics
• Own and oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding and activation processes
• Manage dispute resolution and refund operations to ensure timely and accurate handling
• Oversee device logistics and inventory management to ensure operational readiness, cost efficiency, and loss control
• Collaborate with logistics and external partners to ensure seamless operational delivery
• Build, scale, and continuously enhance a 24/7 after-sales support operation
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within eCommerce or digital platforms
• Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
