Translate product capabilities into compelling brand narratives, product stories, and marketing content tailored to seller segments.
Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, and Regional teams to shape go-to-market strategy and product adoption initiatives.
Product Marketing Leadership
Lead product marketing initiatives for assigned product domains and strategic projects.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to product marketing team members, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Drive alignment across product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver cohesive messaging and campaigns.
Establish scalable frameworks and best practices for product marketing execution.
Product Launch and Go-to-Market
Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and new solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Commercial, Data, and Regional Marketing teams.
Ensure consistent stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, and execution excellence.
Market Research and Customer Insights
Conduct strategic market research to identify seller segments, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Analyze customer behaviors, personas, and product use cases to refine product messaging and marketing strategies.
Leverage insights to guide product roadmap prioritization and marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations and Governance
Oversee key marketing operations and governance frameworks to support scalable marketing execution.
Manage initiatives including: Seller Center communications, Email initiatives, Marketing asset operations and more.
Develop operational processes that improve efficiency, tracking, and campaign effectiveness.
Budget and Resource Management
Manage marketing budget planning and allocation across key initiatives.
Manage agencies and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives.
Track performance marketing efforts to optimize impact and ensure resources are prioritized toward high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce, with past experience in B2B marketing.
Experience leading regional product launches, marketing analytics, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, and team management.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, advertising solutions, and seller economics.
Proven ability to develop strategic product positioning and messaging.
