What you'll be doing
- Analyse market data, consumer insights, and client objectives to develop effective media plans and strategies
- Collaborate with the creative and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Negotiate and manage media placements, including traditional and digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance, optimise media mix, and provide regular reports to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning and buying
- Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media planning or a related role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying, including traditional and digital channels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations effectively
- Fluent English proficiency both speaking and writing.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, with a proactive and collaborative approach
