Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations, the responsibilities also include;
- Work closely with R&D to support accelerated new product transfer starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) through full-scale production.
- Transfer, install, set up and verify the process equipment and processes until completely release to production.
- Manufacturing process and tooling design, installation, verify buy-off and release to production.
- Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.
- Create manufacturing documents such as work instruction, control sample builds, optimization and complete transfer into mass production.
- Collaborate with different functions as manufacturing engineering representative function.
- Technical solution of process and product to drive for production yield, productivity and cost improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Sc. or Engineer Degree in Lasers, Photonics, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical
- 5 years of industry experience in electronics or optical product manufacturing.
- Familiar with common electronic and optical terminology
- Teamwork orientation with effective communication, documentation, and presentation skills, as well as commitment to continuous improvement.
- Initiative-taking, able to plan tasks and small projects, to adhere to deadlines under tight project schedules.
- Strong data analytical skills, Initiative-taking, goal oriented, task driven collaborator.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Computer knowledge: MS Office. Knowledge of Jira, Agile, Confluence and Miro is a plus
