Role Overview: The Senior Officer, HR is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while strengthening the company's talent pipeline and employer brand. This role ensures efficient sourcing, selection, and hiring of candidates, while enhancing candidate experience and supporting overall business growth. The position also involves representing the organization in job fairs, campus activities, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Selection
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Handle reference checks and pre-employment documentation processes.
2. Employer Branding & Job Fairs
- Plan and execute job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and career events.
- Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and technical institutions to attract young talent.
- Develop engaging recruitment materials such as presentations and promotional content.
- Represent the company at external recruitment and branding events.
- Analyze job fair outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
3. Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Support onboarding processes to facilitate the smooth integration of new hires.
- Collect and analyze feedback from new employees to enhance recruitment and onboarding practices.
4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Prepare regular recruitment and job fair reports for management review.
5. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal HR policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of candidate information.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Research and recommend innovative sourcing strategies, tools, and digital platforms.
- Propose initiatives to enhance employer branding and talent attraction in the market.
7. Additional Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, campus hiring, or employer branding is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS/HRIS).
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects within tight deadlines.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
