About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to craft high-quality design work across our products. You will be a key individual contributor, owning design end-to-end, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and helping raise the overall quality of design within the organization.
What You'll Do:
1. Execution & Delivery
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with a high degree of craft and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that meet both business and user needs.
- Ensure designs are feasible, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of complex design problems and drive them through to completion independently.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence
- Partner with other designers and stakeholders to share knowledge, give and receive constructive feedback, and contribute to a strong design culture.
- Actively participate in design critiques and help elevate the quality of work across the team.
- Advocate for the user by bringing research insights and usability thinking into the design process.
3. Standards & Systems
- Contribute to and help evolve the company's design system and UI/UX standards.
- Document design decisions, patterns, and best practices for team-wide reference.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and scalability in all design work.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise.
- Strong understanding of design systems, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in [industry-specific domain, e.g., eCommerce, SaaS, fintech].
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
