Senior Product Manager (Senior Manager)

Role Overview

We are also looking for a Senior Product Manager to take a broader ownership role in shaping Bitkub's Investment Super App strategy and execution, covering both digital assets and traditional investment products. This role will focus on product strategy, roadmap leadership, and cross-functional alignment to scale Bitkub into a full-service investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bitkub's investment ecosystem.
• Lead development of multi-asset investment products (digital assets, equities, mutual funds, fixed income, etc.).
• Drive alignment across business, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and leadership stakeholders.
• Own product KPIs and ensure delivery against growth, revenue, and user engagement targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop long-term product expansion strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Ensure product scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.
• Lead prioritization across multiple product streams and manage trade-offs effectively.
• Mentor Product Owners and junior PMs (if applicable).
• Work closely with leadership to define Bitkub's positioning as a leading investment Super App in SEA.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management in fintech, banking, investment platforms, or trading systems.
• Strong experience in leading complex, multi-product or platform-level initiatives.
• Deep understanding of investment products and financial ecosystems.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy and cross-functional execution at scale.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
