Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Senior Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services team in Thailand. As a founding member of this digital-first division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, bridging the gap between our Global Digital Products (such as InsightDXC) and the unique needs of Thai enterprise clients.
You will lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects to deliver world-class implementation strategies, ensuring that every project is technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with our global partners success
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead Program & Commercial Execution: Drive the management of comprehensive program plans, overseeing daily operations and resource allocation while owning the Project P&L to ensure targets are met within time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Drive External Stakeholder Success: Act as the primary focal point for external clients, serving as the single point of contact between the Account Management team and the Delivery organization to align expectations with reality.
- SOW & Change Management: Identify Scope Creep early and professionally negotiate Change Requests (CRs) to ensure project margins are protected and contractual obligations are met.
- Pre-Sales Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects during the proposal phase to review Statements of Work (SOW) and Technical Feasibility, ensuring deliverability before contracts are signed
- Ensure Governance & Compliance: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including RAID logs and status reports, ensuring all activities comply with Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations and global security standards (ISO 27001).
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Consultancy DNA: 8+ years of experience within a Professional Services or External Customer facing firm, with a proven track record of managing external, paying customers.
- Commercial Expertise: Deep experience in managing SOWs, MSAs, and project budgets, with the ability to navigate the tension between client demands and internal resource constraints.
- Large-Scale Tech Delivery: Significant experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects, including Cloud Migrations (Azure/AWS), ERP/CRM implementations, or Data Governance initiatives.
- Certification Rigor: Mandatory PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Agile/Scrum Master or ITIL certifications are highly preferred.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Thai and English is essential for leading local executive relationships and reporting into regional leadership.
