We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead
enterprise-grade fintech and payments delivery projects across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This
role requires deep experience in software vendor environments, delivering SaaS platforms, digital
banking systems, mobile payments, and enterprise integrations. Candidates must be Thai native
speakers with professional-level English.
Note: You must be a resident of Thailand or hold a Working Visa in Thailand, and you must speak English and Thai.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-workstream fintech and payments delivery programs
- Manage full SDLC, release cycles, and customer onboarding for SaaS/Core Banking/Wallet
- platforms
- Own project governance, risk management, budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and delivery
- cadence
- Engage C-level stakeholders across banking, telco, and financial services
- Coordinate engineering, product, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and support teams
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and core product roadmaps
- Oversee UAT, migration, deployment readiness, compliance, and post-go-live operations
- Drive delivery excellence, PMO standards, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 7-12+ years managing enterprise software or fintech delivery projects for a software vendor
- Proven track record in payments, digital banking, e-wallets, acquiring, merchant systems, or core
- banking
- Strong stakeholder management with enterprise clients and regulators
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Hybrid delivery, cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Thai native speaker with excellent professional English
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
