Position: Sr. Officer/ Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Promotion Officer/ Supervisor who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing promotional activities and events to drive customer engagement, boost sales, and strengthen brand positioning within the shopping mall.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to maximize revenue.
- Create and analyze event concepts aligned with the mall's image and target audience.
- Coordinate with clients both locally and upcountry, including occasional overnight travel.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaigns.
- Manage promotional budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, promotions, leasing, or marketing in the shopping mall.
- Having sales skill
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
