Senior Sales Associates

What the day will look like

Acquired new business and handle marketing activities to drive sales, responds to sales opportunities identified.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Revenue generation and customer relationship management.
  • Problem solving and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle customer and prospect presentations, including Global Business, Voluntary Benefits programs and worksite activities.
  • Perform tasks and responsibilities assigned within the Aon Group.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical ability to support decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports to support business and management needs.

Customer Responsibilities

The selling of:

  • Group insurance products for life, accident, disability and health to the corporate customer
  • Other lines for property and casualty to the corporate customer, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments
  • Individual life products to the corporate customer's employees, be those savings plans, annuities, mutual funds, or supplemental life for employees families
  • Other individual lines such as auto and domestic, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments
  • Non-insurance products, such as cards and personal loans

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Insurance or Marketing
  • Minimum 1 year group insurance industry experience in Sales role
  • Good interpersonal, excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints
  • Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure 4. Written and spoken fluency in Thai and working knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
