Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in our Human Resources industry team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, helping to drive the growth of our innovative HR solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies and improve our overall outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
  • Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Understanding of the Human Resources industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English & Thai; knowledge of additional language is an advantage.
