Held responsible for allocated Customer MRO Sales Accounts taking necessary actions to drive sales growth by competitor conversion and strong account management.
Expand customer base by opening new customer MRO Sales Accounts.
Achieve or exceed in MRO sales targets for bookings, sales, and profitability for the business unit.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, services team, distributors and customers ensuring seamless communication to achieve desired results.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Distributors / Partners by providing guidance, information, support, and quotation in MRO for the automation industry.
Make technical and sales presentations and demonstrations to our channel partners and customers technical staff.
Commitment to implement sale plan regarding company strategy, tactics and directions.
Drive entire sales process from initial contact, contract negotiation and final sale closing.
Skill and Experience in identifying opportunities to win back customers.
Finding bottle neck of sales progress and take appropriate action or initiate creative solutions to overcome challenges.
Commit to standard sale activities with consistent customers visit, call.
Commit to follow PDCA implementation to ensure performance and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related filed
At least 5-7 years experience in Automation & MRO Sales function
Knowledge in channel sales management, preferably in the electronic component parts
Basic Engineering knowledge with experience in industrial Automation
Knowledgeable in Sales forces systems and Windows applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges.
Good command of English, Chinese speaking is a plus.
