Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will lead revenue growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities across integrated logistics services (e.g., 3PL, warehousing, transportation, cross-border, freight forwarding).
This role requires strong strategic thinking, solution-selling capability, and the ability to manage both hunter and farmer sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Drive new business acquisition in warehousing, contract logistics, transportation, and freight solutions
- Manage and expand key accounts to maximize long-term partnership value
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve performance KPIs
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline management, and commercial reporting
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements
- Work closely with Operations and Solution Design teams to develop customized logistics solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 815 years of B2B sales experience in Logistics / 3PL / Freight Forwarding / Contract Logistics
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations and solution-based selling
- Proven track record in revenue growth and key account management
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage P&L or revenue targets
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen
