Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead revenue growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities across integrated logistics services (e.g., 3PL, warehousing, transportation, cross-border, freight forwarding).

This role requires strong strategic thinking, solution-selling capability, and the ability to manage both hunter and farmer sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
  • Drive new business acquisition in warehousing, contract logistics, transportation, and freight solutions
  • Manage and expand key accounts to maximize long-term partnership value
  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve performance KPIs
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline management, and commercial reporting
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements
  • Work closely with Operations and Solution Design teams to develop customized logistics solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 815 years of B2B sales experience in Logistics / 3PL / Freight Forwarding / Contract Logistics
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and solution-based selling
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and key account management
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage P&L or revenue targets
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen
