This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok for a Senior Sales Manager at InterContinental Phuket Resort. The Senior Sales Manager will cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and work to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities. The role also involves overseeing the sales team, ensuring consistent performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience and proven success in Sales and Relationship Management, including developing strategic sales plans and building client relationships
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation, Client Acquisition, and Revenue Generation
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Trend Identification
  • Can-do attitude
  • Leadership and Team Management skills with a focus on team motivation and performance enhancement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Hospitality industry experience is highly beneficial
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
