The company supports customers by providing high-quality raw materials, technical expertise, and application support. Beyond distribution, the business focuses on technical solutions, product development collaboration, and long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers to drive sustainable growth in specialized industrial markets.

For this Senior Technical Sales (Food OR Pharma):

The Senior Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through both commercial and technical engagement. The role combines customer relationship management, business development, and hands-on technical assistance, ensuring customers receive appropriate solutions for their production and product development needs.

The position works closely with R&D teams, suppliers, and customers to expand market presence and achieve sales targets in assigned segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote the company's ingredients and additives to existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer base to support continuous growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company strategy, including short-term and long-term sales volume forecasting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through structured account management.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product applications, training sessions, on-site services, and process support.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop prototypes, demo kits, and application samples based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical documentation, updates, and product information for customer use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Agricultural Industry, or related scientific fields.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in food ingredients, food additives, pharmaceuticals, or food supplements or related
  • Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, HACCP, GMP, or GDP are an advantage
  • Good command in English
  • Able to drive with own car
