Job Summary
They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and presenting the company's digital services to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities (B2B)
- Conduct outreach through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and events
- Present and pitch the company's digital services to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Work closely with the support team who assist in lead generation and prospect listing
- Track sales pipeline and report progress to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Open for fresh graduates with strong passion in sales or business development
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to communicate in both English and Thai; additional languages are a plus
- Confident in presenting and negotiating with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting and building relationships with people
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital marketing or agency environment
- Understanding of digital services (e.g., social media, performance marketing, branding)
- Existing client network is a plus
