Senior SAP Controlling Consultant (CO / S/4HANA)
We are looking for a highly capable Senior SAP Controlling Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CO / S/4HANA Controlling to lead solution design and delivery for enterprise transformation projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep functional knowledge with leadership capability and a strong consulting mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end Controlling (CO) solutions aligned with business objectives
- Provide expert consulting on costing, profitability analysis, budgeting, and financial controlling processes
- Lead SAP CO / S/4HANA implementation and configuration activities
- Manage work planning, task delegation, and delivery timelines
- Monitor progress and ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Drive issue resolution and provide strategic solutions to complex challenges
- Ensure solution quality and adherence to best practices
- Oversee integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering capability development
- Engage with stakeholders and support effective communication and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO or S/4HANA Controlling implementation
- At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or senior role
- Strong experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) Certification
- Experience working in consulting firms or large enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, etc.)
