What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Specialist – E Commerce to join our Sales team and drive growth across Multi‑Online Sales Channels (Brick & Click) platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to seamlessly connect online and offline retail experiences to maximize sales performance.

  • Develop and execute e-commerce (Brick & Click) strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Leverage analytics to track sales trends, customer behavior, and omni-channel performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
  • Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers and competitors
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all channels
  • Build and execute comprehensive Customer & Channel Plans aligned with business and retailer strategies
  • Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
  • Develop account-specific action plans to drive monthly sales and improve conversion across platforms
  • Develop individual account action plans to achieve assigned monthly sales target
  • Review and analyze category performance by accounts to ensure continuous category growth

The position is an onsite position based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Office Location: WHA Bangna Business Complex (Close to Mega Bangna)

How do we describe a perfect match

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in E-Commerce, Online Sales, or Omni-channel (Brick & Click) environments.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel retailing, marketplace dynamics, and O2O strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, CRM, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to connect online insights with offline execution to drive business impact.
  • High learning agility with the ability to navigate fast paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong results orientation with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Passion for e-commerce and customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Strong multitasking, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with solid digital and analytical skills.
