About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established organization with manufacturing operations in Thailand and is currently strengthening its Supply Chain capability to support future business growth and operational transformation.
This opportunity will take a key role in driving factory-side Supply Chain performance, connecting production planning, material availability, inventory, warehouse operations, and cross-functional execution to improve service, cost, efficiency, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve Supply Planning and Production Planning within a manufacturing environment
- Strengthen planning processes covering capacity, material availability, inventory, and production requirements
- Oversee Warehouse and Inventory Management to improve accuracy, utilization, and working capital
- Drive Supply Chain improvement and transformation initiatives across factory operations
- Support implementation and optimization of planning systems, digital tools, and automation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical improvement solutions
- Establish Supply Chain KPIs and performance governance
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and other key stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team
- Support long-term Supply Chain capability development and operational excellence
Candidate Profile
- Solid experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain
- Strong background in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, and Inventory Management
- Good understanding of factory operations, production capacity, and supply constraints
- Experience in Warehouse Management, WMS, ASRS, or Warehouse Automation would be an advantage
- Proven experience in Supply Chain transformation, process improvement, system implementation, or automation projects
- Strong foundation in ERP / MRP / planning systems
- Proven people-management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Able to balance Service Level, Inventory, Cost, Capacity, and Working Capital
- Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working closely with factory operations
- Experience from a structured manufacturing environment or multinational organization would be highly preferred
