Position: Senior Team Lead, Operations

Working Location: Megahub, 51 Alps Avenue, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:45pm| 8:30am - 6:15pm

Salary Range: $4,180 - $5,720

Job Description

Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution, operational efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily warehouse operations to meet operational targets and delivery timelines.
• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, handling, sorting, storage, value-added services, transfer and dispatch of goods.
• Lead, coach and motivate warehouse staff to achieve company, supplier and customer objectives.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, 5S practices and audit requirements.
• Monitor process compliance and ensure accuracy in data processing.
• Perform process evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer feedback and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Plan manpower deployment and overtime arrangements when required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability.
• Review and improve warehouse procedures and systems where necessary.
• Support staff training and development initiatives.
• Initiate system improvement requests when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or customer service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA).
• Experience with operations dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Knowledge in process mapping, value stream mapping and process improvement is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and implementation is an advantage.
• Positive mindset, team player and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
