Accountable for defining and executing the country's services growth strategy to deliver sustainable and profitable revenue. This role provides strategic leadership to the service sales organization while partnering closely with equipment sales, product, and crossfunctional teams to operate as One GE HealthCare. The leader builds and maintains senior executive, departmental, and technical stakeholder relationships to expand access and influence complex buying decisions. Differentiates GE HealthCare's service and solution offerings, articulates compelling value propositions, leads opportunity qualification and solution development, and drives successful closure of highvalue, integrated service and solution engagements.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the country/region Services & Solutions financial performance, including strategy development, revenue growth, margin expansion, and commercial execution, while building a highperforming, resultsdriven service sales organization.
  • Provide strong leadership to the country/region service commercial team, setting clear direction, driving accountability, and fostering a performanceoriented culture.
  • Lead and be accountable for achieving Services & Solutions sales results across all revenue streams, including contracts and noncontract offerings such as options and upgrades, digital solutions, accessories, consumables, and parts.
  • Design and execute sustainable, profitable countrywide growth strategies to scale services revenue and margins across the country, zone, and region.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies, including opportunity identification, competitive positioning, and target setting, to maximize market penetration and share of wallet.
  • Build and maintain strong, trustbased relationships with key customers, including technical, departmental, and executivelevel decision makers, to deliver superior customer outcomes.
  • Establish and sustain a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory to strengthen market presence and influence.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape, translating field insights and competitor intelligence into effective commercial counterstrategies.
  • Coach, develop, and support the service sales team to achieve sales targets, reinforce commercial rigor, and strengthen customer engagement capabilities.
  • Partner closely with services growth managers, account teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to plan and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Maintain deep and current knowledge of assigned products, solutions, and services, and effectively articulate differentiated value propositions aligned to customer needs.
  • Lead sales opportunities endtoend, including qualification, solution development, tender and bid management, pricing, risk mitigation, and deal closure to meet revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Generate new business opportunities and continuously expand the sales funnel by collaborating with sales, service, and account leadership teams.
  • Ensure disciplined opportunity management through accurate forecasting, CRM adoption, funnel governance, and alignment to commercial performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at relevant medical conferences, industry forums, and technical exhibitions to promote GE Healthcare's services and solutions.
  • Ensure accurate delivery commitments and order fulfillment in collaboration with operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of working experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field
  • Minimum 5-year experience in managing sales team. Demonstrated leadership in identifying growth strategy, analyzing opportunities and gaps, motivating team to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
  • Ability to lead & execute the business strategies and to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation & closing skill
