Training: Responsible for training product & customers/users covering products, technical, maintenance and service policies and service management system.
Technical Support: Responsible for providing technical solutions to dealers/customers/end users to reduce machine halt.
Quality Control: Responsible for collecting and feedbacking quality of product & customers/users to HQ till it is solved and improved fully.
Customer Relations: Responsible for visiting customers and maintaining customers relationship, and dealing with major customer demands.
Spare Parts Management: Responsible for managing spare parts warehouse and spare parts orders of dealers/customers/end users.
Warranty: Responsible for managing warranty.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience.
Industry Expertise: Have experience in Aerial Work Platform (AWP).
