Graduate Engineer Trainee Program experience is a face-to-face learning exposure includingon-the-job rotation, mentoring, coaching, sustainability and charity events that will provide you with board exposure to the ABB Electrification Service business.
Responsibilities to the role
During the 18 months program, you will be introduced to the following Graduate Engineer Trainee Program journey:
Learnings include: ABB business & technical processes, latest product knowledge & technology, safety training, site exposure.
You will be attached to one of the operations departments such as Field Service, Project Management and Tendering.
Manage the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensures that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
Upon successful completion of the Graduate Engineer Trainee Program journey, you will start with a specialist position in one of the operations departments. You will undergo further development such as overseas assignment at a later stage. Our goal is to develop you to become our Operations team leader and to work at management in near future.
Qualifications
A final year student or recent graduate with an Electrical Engineering degree from reputable university
Have less than2yearsof full-time work experience
Passionate to work in electrification for both Medium Voltage and Low Voltage
Fluency in English and Thai
Problem solving, can-do attitude, self-motivated
Self-reflective,open to take feedback and learn from experience
Resilience and drive in the face of rapid change
Willingness to work atconstruction site
