Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.
The work model for the role is: hybrid, #LI-hybrid
This role is contributing to the electrification business in Thailand.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Develops and executes service sales strategies to increase Installed Base (IB) penetration using effective IB data utilization.
Drives service sales growth by promoting value‑added service offerings and full lifecycle management (LCM) solutions.
Ensures achievement of service sales targets by leading the sale of the complete service portfolio and providing cost‑effective customer solutions.
Leads and supports major contract negotiations to secure service sales volume and long‑term growth.
Analyzes service market potential, customer needs, and IB data to strengthen customer relationship management.
Builds and maintains long‑term relationships with key customers and decision makers through strong technical and commercial expertise.
Supports and coaches the sales team, participating directly in sales activities when required.
Oversees account planning, market reporting, resource allocation, and monitors customer financial risk in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience about 8-10 years in service sales within industrial, electrical, power sectors, data center or related field.
Strong track record in driving service revenue and Installed Base (IB) penetration.
Solid commercial and negotiation skills with key account exposure.
Good technical understanding of service solutions and lifecycle management.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
