  • Monitor and analyze competitor movements and industry trends within the Singapore fintech and digital payments space using market research and social listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker).
  • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Take ownership of the social media calendar, including content curation, production coordination, and scheduling.
  • Track and report on social media post-performance and community sentiment to refine engagement tactics and content strategy.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform features to keep the brand at the forefront of digital conversations.
  • Support Marketing team on other engagement projects/initiatives, where applicable.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, New Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Deeply familiar with the Singapore social media landscape and digital culture (especially Instagram, Telegram).
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, with a passion to drive brand growth.
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint a must.
  • Copywriting skills a must.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • SQL is not necessary but good to have.
