We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing to grow and manage our brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LINE, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, trend-spotting, and building an engaged online community. This role requires a balance of creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation
• Plan and create engaging content for each platform (IG, FB, TikTok, LINE, X, YouTube).
• Write clear, creative, and on-brand captions, campaign messages, and short-form copy.
• Develop visual and written content for posts and ads (images, videos, reels, captions).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply relevant ideas to our brand content.
2. Social Media Management
• Schedule and publish content across platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
• Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth).
• Optimize content timing and format to boost visibility and interaction.
3. Community Engagement
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
• Reply to comments in a warm, brand-aligned tone (excluding chat/inbox).
• Flag customer inquiries or complaints to the Customer Service team.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Analyze platform data to evaluate campaign and content performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and improvement ideas.
• Apply basic SEO and content optimization knowledge to improve reach and discoverability.
5. Coordination
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and PR teams for campaign launches and key announcements.
• Manage LINE broadcast content and ensure timely communication.
Qualifications:
•2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LINE, X , YouTube.
• Strong writing skills in both Thai and English with experience in content writing or copywriting.
• Familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Good command of both English and Thai (writing).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independent
