About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Influencer to create engaging, on-brand content that drives awareness, growth, and conversion across major social platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong personal brand, proven audience engagement, and the ability to produce high-quality videos, photos, and storytelling content that aligns with campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original, compelling content (video, photo, short-form, long-form, stories, livestreams) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with our brand/marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Maintain consistent posting cadence and ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual guidelines.
- Engage actively with your audienceresponding to comments, messages, and participating in trending conversations.
- Track analytics, performance metrics, and optimize content based on engagement and reach.
- Attend virtual or in-person brand events, shoots, or activations as required.
- Adhere to all FTC guidelines surrounding influencer marketing and sponsored content.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a social media creator or influencer with proven audience engagement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past collaborations or content.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
- Ability to shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content independently.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive, authentic, and brand-safe online presence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Niche expertise (e.g., travel, lifestyle, beauty, tech, finance, fitness).
- Experience working with brands or agencies.
- Familiarity with content analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio).
- Ability to create cross-platform content and repurpose long-form into short-form clips.
