Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Software Sales Manager will lead end-to-end sales activities for Genefied's SaaS solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demos, and managing the complete sales cycle. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with brand decision-makers, identifying their business challenges, and proposing tailored solution packages. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The Software Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth, while providing regular sales reporting and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Software Sales and Sales skills, with experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to business clients.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and leading sales initiatives or small teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Negotiation skills to manage pricing discussions, contract terms, and deal closure.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in B2B enterprise sales, familiarity with loyalty or marketing technology, and knowledge of the Indian consumer brand landscape.
