PV & Energy Storage Solution Engineer

With the rapid growth of the renewable energy market in Thailand and Southeast Asia, we are looking for a professional and driven PV & Energy Storage Solution Engineer to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for PV and BESS projects in Thailand
- Design system solutions based on customer requirements, including system configuration, capacity calculation, yield analysis, and technical documentation
- Prepare technical proposals for tenders, including SLDs, equipment selection, and technical specifications
- Support the sales team in technical presentations, customer meetings, and solution clarification
- Participate in technical discussions, grid compliance confirmation, and local standard alignment
- Coordinate with HQ technical teams for customized project solutions
- Monitor Thailand's grid regulations and renewable energy policies, providing technical insights and market analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PV or BESS system design / technical support
- Strong understanding of inverter technology, energy storage architecture, and system integration
- Familiar with Thailand grid codes and renewable project processes is a plus
- Good command of English (technical communication and documentation required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel for project support
