Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide IT consulting and solution services to enterprise clients based on the company's risk management, anti-fraud, and other products. Assist the sales team with pre-sales consulting according to industry characteristics and trends.
  • Provide pre-sales and technical support for projects, including business consulting, solution planning and presentations, product demonstrations, bid document preparation, and guidance for sales activities.
  • Develop and train sales tools, including industry solutions, presentation materials, client case studies, and competitor analysis.
  • Train sales personnel on pre-sales product knowledge, industry insights, and presentation skills.
  • Assist the delivery team in confirming customer requirements, system implementation, and project acceptance.
  • Organize and coordinate POC (Proof of Concept) projects, manage testing progress and quality, and support POC summary reporting.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and develop regional market expansion strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer product improvement needs to enhance market share.

Requirements:

  • English can be used as the working language.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a solid knowledge framework and systematic thinking, familiar with risk management, big data, machine learning, data mining, AI, modeling, and related technologies.
  • Over 3 years of experience in solutions or consulting work. Candidates with experience in credit risk, anti-fraud risk, or big data security are preferred.
  • Strong pre-sales expertise, with an understanding of the latest developments and trends in the fintech risk management industry. Experience in the fintech sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and solution writing skills, with the ability to analyze and summarize effectively. Capable of resolving customer issues encountered during product usage.
  • Positive, optimistic, and strong in communication, with great learning ability. Able to communicate across departments and collaborate within teams.
  • Rich experience in pre-sales consulting and bidding processes.
