Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Identify new markets and competitors and guide the team to the right way of doing action plan.
  • Forecast the number and drive the team with the clear KPIs Target to be able to lead the overall.
  • Develop a competitive sales strategy and sales cycle period that anticipates competitor actions and places Trends as the best in the market to meet customer objectives.

Pricing and Finance:

  • Understanding the pricing strategies and price structure based on value delivered, P&L with the net profit, market knowing trends and forecasts including to know the competitors as well.
  • Able to coordinate with True /TDG Financial Team to be the front end of cyber security Team.

Business Unit Engagement:

  • Work closely with BU Head, Segment Head, BD and SC and the related persons outside the team to drive the business rhythm of Cyber Security.
  • Understanding the Enterprise Business by Vertical Industry & Sales Cycle Period.
  • Preparing the data and presentation slide to present for the high levels.
  • Drive team with the clear KPIs Target and monitor closely in each week to report to the high levels and to know about the business situation and can help and support team regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in an analytical field, Business Administration, Economic, Math, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of Sales / Financial experience, ideally within the B2B sector.
  • Experience working in Cyber Security solutions under responsibilities
  • Systems Integrator or Cyber Security solutions Understanding and experience with the ability to practically apply to their product line. Must link strategies to financial results.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strategic Skills: Understanding and experience with the ability to practically apply to their product line.
  • Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making: A conceptualizer of enterprise and market trends/issues who can then integrate that thinking into product and business strategies. Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues. Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills.
  • Good command on both English and Thai.
