We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Corporate Wedding Sales to drive sales. Our exclusive event venue. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing event inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for Moonlight Hall including corporate events, private functions, and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and event documentation with accurate details.
- Promote F&B offerings and upsell additional services to maximize revenue.
- Support promotional campaigns and distribute F&B promotions to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a brand ambassador representing Jim Thompson Hospitality.
- Respond to client inquiries, event requests, and booking arrangements promptly.
- Provide professional consultation to clients on event packages and services.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and event process.
Coordination & Administration
- Work closely with the Hospitality Senior Sales Manager and the Food & Beverage team to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to events and banqueting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or banqueting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and sales negotiation skills.
