- Collaborate closely with regional production, technical, quality, and logistics teams to ensure effective order execution and customer satisfaction
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision‑making
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports against agreed targets and KPIs
A Successful Thailand Sales Manager Should Have
- 5-12 years of proven sales experience within flexible packaging, plastic packaging, or industrial materials
- Strong track record in business development and key account management, ideally across FMCG and industrial sectors
- Experience working with laminated films, high‑barrier packaging, or pouch solutions is highly advantageous
- Solid understanding of the Thailand packaging and manufacturing market
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a national sales role
- Confident communicator, comfortable interfacing with customers and regional stakeholders
- Capable of collaborating cross‑functionally with production, technical, and supply chain teams
