Specialist, Device Trade Marketing & Retail Services

Job Summary

Initiate device base management in order to build business sustainability, Lead new project development to capture the business opportunities. Manage device promotional activity to generate acquire new subscribers and retain existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

Commercial planning

• E2E : Responsible for developing end to end commercial plan by working closely with Business &channel management team at business plan level, GTM &Execution plan
• Business plan: Align top down from Bus and bottom up from channel to become a monthly business plan
• Execution and mitigation: align channel execution planned ensure plan is enough to deliver target follow business plan identify risk that can make target not achieve and work closely with Channel and Bus in develop mitigation plan

New business project

• Device marketing and promotional activity
• Responsible in device area to work with BUs and key stakeholders to improve capability to drive device sale in all channel by using data to do new marketing project to incentivize existing customer to buy device form True.

Campaign set-up and operational support

• Responsible to work with Bus and channel to ensure E2E for customer journey and shop operation and process can work properly

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration or finance
• At least 5 years of Telco or Banking business
• Excellent communication skills in order to successfully lead projects to completion
• Negotiating skill applied to keep involved parties toward the goal at all time
• Be able to guide, and motivate team to deliver a positive outcome
