Create Front End plan in weekly and daily production schedules that align with customer (Finishing) requested date and quantity and Production requirement to achieve process efficiency and productivity
Follow up adherence to plan and take action to deliver according to plan.
Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in PEX, Production, Material Management and Master Planning to get reliable parameters to create effective production schedule.
Review and discuss performance variance against KPI target with key stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken in timely manner
Professional Qualifications
More than 2 years in Planning/Supply chain field.
Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external departments.
Familiar with planning/ scheduling for fast changing products, changing product mix/complexity.
Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
Personal Competencies
Knowledge in ERP or APS system.
Proactive thinking and Analytical skill.
Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
