Define and implement marketing strategies and campaigns through collaboration with ecosystem partners, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members.
Drive insurance sales and brand awareness through events and marketing initiatives that engage target audience groups.
Conduct feasibility studies, testing, analysis, and optimization of content marketing campaigns, digital sponsorships, paid media buys, speaking engagements, and events to ensure a positive cost per lead ratio and drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, providing relevant reports to executive management.
Track marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing, subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the graphic design team to complete marketing campaign materials and other collateral.
Build and maintain business relationships with current and potential partners at the executive management level.
Maintain and update marketing and business development documentation.
Drive collaboration with stakeholders to achieve goals.
Manage all stages of the product life cycle from ideation through launch and optimization.
Conduct research on customer preferences with stakeholders.
Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns to maximize revenue and scale the platform.
Launch go-to-market initiatives with stakeholders.
Influence other business units to support business and marketing campaign launches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.
Experience in insurance is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present and explain ideas to various audiences.
