Job Summary:
Lead and drive organization development initiatives by designing effective organization structures, analyzing workforce gaps, and aligning talent development with business needs to support strategic goals. This role also ensures organizational readiness through change management initiatives that enhance employee engagement, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and provide recommendations to business units in designing organization structures development that align with business goals and objectives, and conduct/issue accurate organization structure accordingly.
- Analyze current organization set up including head count, structure to understand gaps in people management towards business direction and goals.
- Design learning development journeys with high-quality content and blended approach aligned with career growth based on business demand.
- Works independently on the project plan for each journey and is accountable for the design quality and learning outcomes
- Initiate and run change management initiatives to ensure the organization is ready for new ways of work that help increase employee engagement and well-being so that the organization can achieve speed, efficiency, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master's degree in HROD, Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Political Science or related fields.
- 5-7 years working experience in across industries (e.g., Banking, Insurance)
- Experience in design development programs, learning tools, and leading projects.
- Work well with cross-functional set up.
- Experience in coaching, training, and design training programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills and good teamwork.
- Customer-centric with high degree of service mindset.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.
- Be able to consider relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate.
- Self-motivated and keen to learn new knowledge/skills.
- Good communication in English.
