Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of goods to maintain product quality.Implement and follow SOPs to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Track logistics performance, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, including delivery orders, shipment records, and inventory reports.
- Support planning for space utilization and warehouse layout improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace regulations.
- Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Warehouse designation.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, WMS, and shipping processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic warehouse systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in ERP or WMS systems.
- Understanding of import/export procedures.
- Supervisory or team-leading experience.
