Job Summary:
Monitor portfolio performance through key metrics (e.g., outstanding balance, productivity per staff, incentive efficiency) and deliver regular performance dashboards to drive improvements and uncover business opportunities. Translate insights into actionable initiatives to enhance execution effectiveness across collection and legal operations, strengthening both individual and team performance.
Job Description:
- Proactively monitor portfolio performance, e.g., change in portfolio's outstanding balance, account/ staff, incentive/ staff, etc.
- Provide regular dashboard to drive performance improvements and identify business opportunities, e.g., for collectors – to improve both individual and team performance, for legal activities – to accelerate execution gaps, etc.
- Follow through identified improvements/ business opportunities to consistently enhance execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in Data Analytics, or Data Execution.
- Basic analytical skill, yet with strong skill in data handling.
- Basic communication skill.
- No banking nor bad bank knowledge is required.
- Capable of performing well in high-pressure environments.
