Develop Plan template and orchestrate TGHs strategic planning process (5-year Plan and Annual Business Plan) to the business owners and related parties.
Consolidate presentation deck and housekeeping of all strategic papers.
Lead operational excellence with performance monitoring and continuous improvement across all business processes.
Manage strategic meetings including the Executive Leadership Team meeting and Senior Management Team meeting. Summarize and monitor key take-aways.
Act as the corporate PMO to consolidate TGH and subsidiaries projects, evaluate the results, and make preliminary recommendations to CEO and TGH executive team.
Prioritize and tollgate the decision making of each project based on feasibility study and cost-benefits analysis.
Drive business initiatives and projects initiated from TGHs CEO.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent.
10 years experience in Business development, strategic planning, and/or project management.
Practicality and achievability of the new concepts and growth opportunities.
Having Problem Solving and Project Management skill, keen to take initiatives and look for opportunities for improvements.
Ability to identify business gaps and recommend decisive actions to fill the gaps in timely manner.
Excellent communication skills and having ability to work collaboratively with cross functions.
