Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner and deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
Team Management & Leadership:
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
Business Strategy & Operations:
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Complete store administration duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience working as a store manager or assistant store manager is required.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of business management processes.
Personal Attributes:
Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.
