Manage store's sales associates on ground to help achieve store's budget
Assist store manager to meet sales budget by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
Assists maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
Manage appropriate store's stock and ensure inventory management to prevent overstocking and under stocking of products
Report on buying trends, customer needs
Help Complete store administration.
Assist to Coordinate with other specify departments in order to facilitate growth and achieve target.
Customer Service
Deal with all issues that arise from customers both complaints and grievances.
Welcoming customers into the store.
Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
Recommending related products to increase sale and enrich shopping experiences.
Promoting special sales, offer and awareness of company loyalty program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Proven work experience in Fashion Retail, Hospitality in supervisor level
Proactive, friendly and strong commitment to customer services
Availability to work flexible shifts
Proficiency in English is required. Additional language Japanese / Chinese Skill are preferred. Language allowance will be provided in addition to the base salary, subject to meeting company criteria.
