Renova Spa is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee the operations of one of our spa units in Phuket. We are looking for a technically skilled and people-oriented professional, committed to service excellence, team development, and high operational standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with company protocols, standards, and procedures.
- Train, support, and continuously evaluate the spa team to maintain high service quality.
- Oversee inventory control, correct product usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Review sales and performance reports and implement corrective actions when required.
- Organize work schedules, manage leave, and coordinate staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all spa areas.
- Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with both the team and management.
Requirements
- Formal education in manual therapies, cosmetology, physiotherapy, or related fields; alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a spa therapist.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Supervisor, or willingness to complete corporate training under the supervision of the Brand's Corporate Team and obtain the Certificate of Competence.
- Intermediate level of English is required.
- Confident user of standard computer tools (booking systems, billing software, email, Excel).
- Strong leadership skills, team-management abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation and clear, assertive communication skills.
- Availability to travel abroad for initial training.
We Offer
- Salary: 30,000-40,000 THB (includes Basic Salary, Service Charge and Sales Comission)
- Live-out Allowance
- Weekly Working Hours: Maximum of 48 hours per week (8 hours per day)
- Working Days: 6 working days, 1 day off per week
- Rest Breaks: 1-hour break
- Public Holidays: Entitlement to paid public holidays (approximately 13 days per year)
- Annual Leave: 18 days of paid vacation per year
- Food: Provided during working hours (as from the opening)
