Supervisor – Architect (Construction Management)

Responsibilities

• Oversee design details and material specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Manage and control construction and fit-out projects to meet timeline and quality standards
• Approve construction methods and monitor on-site execution
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Handle design changes and resolve on-site issues effectively in real time
• Work across complex projects and specialized environments (e.g., airports, restricted areas)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Solid understanding of quality and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
