We are looking for a passionate Lead-Supply Chain Engineering who will join our team in the Operations Department.
Strategic Logistics Sourcing & Contract Logistics
- Lead sourcing and supplier management across global 3PL / 4PL operations
- Manage contract logistics scope including warehousing, distribution, and customs services
- Drive multimodal freight tendering (ocean, short sea, European road)
- Develop scenario-based sourcing strategies to ensure agility and cost competitiveness
Supply Chain Engineering & Network Optimization
- Design and optimize logistics networks, including warehouse footprint, flows, and routing structures
- Lead warehouse capacity planning and transportation optimization initiatives
- Ensure engineering-driven decisions are fully aligned with sourcing and operational realities
Cost Engineering & Financial Management
- Develop and maintain cost-to-serve models and logistics cost frameworks
- Drive data-driven decision making through cost modeling and engineering analytics
- Act as a reference point for logistics budgeting and cost optimization across regions
- Support zero-based budgeting and cost transparency initiatives
Service Level & KPI Management
- Define and manage end-to-end service level frameworks (OTIF, lead times, responsiveness)
- Establish and track KPIs across warehousing, transportation, and customs operations
- Balance cost vs. service trade-offs in line with business priorities
Vendor Management & Governance
- Build and manage a structured vendor performance and governance framework
- Lead supplier performance reviews, improvement plans, and corrective actions
- Ensure alignment between contractual commitments and operational delivery
Contract Management & Commercial Structuring
- Support and lead logistics contract design, negotiation, and standardization
- Define pricing models, payment terms, indexation structures, and performance clauses
- Ensure contracts reflect both operational needs and financial targets
Technology & Transformation
- Contribute to end-to-end process and system optimization across supply chain operations
- Support digital initiatives (ERP, TMS, control tower, automation, RPA)
- Drive increased visibility, standardization, and data-driven decision making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams
- Align logistics engineering and sourcing strategies with business objectives
The position is an onsite position based in Sathorn, Thailand.
How do we describe a perfect match
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management within the consumer electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of import processes, logistics operations, and warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA optimization and process mapping of modules related to materials management (MM), sales and distribution (SD), and production planning (PP)
- Proven track record of implementing RPA or advanced Excel/Power BI automations in a supply chain context.
- Expertise in PSI management (Production, Sales, Inventory) and demand forecasting
- Ability to challenge local sales teams and 3PL providers with data-backed arguments.
- Excellent command of English. A regional mindset is a significant advantage.
- Having experience in reginal role will be advantage.
