What you'll Do:
- Systems & Data Integrity: Proactively monitor API issues via Slack, verify data against Fulfillment systems, and execute data cleansing/corrections within Odoo to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end flow of hardware (Handhelds, EDCs, IT assets) using Snipe IT, including procurement, tracking via DHL Portal, and coordinating technical grading for returns.
- Connectivity & IT Admin: Administer the full lifecycle of company SIM cards via Jasper, ensuring status synchronization across inventory systems and managing employee IT asset distribution and payments.
- Project & Transport Logistics: Lead cross-functional logistics for PR and BD initiatives, including label generation (Flash Printer), route optimization, and Full Truckload (FTL) transport booking.
- Financial Reconciliation & OKRs: Perform monthly payment reconciliations for key vendors (TDG, SCG, DHL) and track operational KPIs to meet Centralized Supply Chain OKRs.
What you'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field with experience in retail operations or supply chain management.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics, warehouse fulfillment, and e-commerce business models.
- Mastery of Generative AI (Gemini/ChatGPT) as a daily co-pilot to automate manual workflows, generate SOPs, and optimize operational productivity.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience managing large datasets to drive data-informed decision-making.
- High degree of organization with a hands-on approach, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills paired with a service-oriented mindset for effective cross-functional collaboration.
