Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for a plastic injection and moulding manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring efficient planning, procurement, production coordination, inventory control, and logistics to support on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full supply chain function, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and production requirements
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and sales teams to ensure material availability and smooth manufacturing flow
- Plan and control raw materials, moulds, spare parts, and finished goods inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or shortages
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure reliable sourcing of materials
- Monitor KPIs related to cost, delivery performance, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lead time, and control costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to achieve high performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 710+ years of experience in supply chain or planning roles within manufacturing, preferably plastic injection / moulding / automotive / industrial parts
- Strong understanding of plastic injection processes, moulding operations, and manufacturing workflows
- Proven experience in production planning, MRP, inventory control, and supplier management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work on-site at Rama 2 (Bang Khun Tian)
