Supply Planner, APAC

Join Caldic as a Regional Supply Planner and play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of products across the APAC region. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll develop supply plans, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvements to strengthen our regional supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Planning & Optimization

• Develop and execute supply plans to ensure timely product availability across the APAC region while optimizing inventory levels.
• Balance supply and demand through close collaboration with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams.
• Analyze capacity constraints and recommend solutions to meet regional business requirements.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory performance, including stock levels, inventory aging, and slow-moving products.
• Implement strategies to minimize stock-outs while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Drive improvements in inventory turnover and working capital performance.

Supplier Coordination

• Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure on-time deliveries and effective lead time management.
• Manage supply disruptions by identifying mitigation plans or alternative sourcing options.
• Foster strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align supply plans with business priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering key performance indicators such as service levels, inventory, costs, and delivery performance.
• Leverage analytics tools to improve planning accuracy and decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline supply planning processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in regional projects involving supply chain digitalization and automation.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging supply chain trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or a similar supply chain role.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations within APAC is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions and cultures.

Technical Knowledge:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization principles.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of an additional APAC language is an advantage.
