Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automation frameworks for various applications and systems.
- Identify and analyze processes that can be automated.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop automation solutions.
- Develop and execute automated test cases to ensure the reliability and performance of automated systems.
- Identify and resolve issues in automation scripts and tools.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
- Testing and developing new requirement for customer satisfaction
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resource and key process
- Ensure inbound support for software products, API, system reporting, webservice queries are addressed in a timely, professional and well-informed manner.
Requirement
- Comfortable to work in Office.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL and APIs
- Degree in any field, with preference in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
- New Graduated are also welcome.
- Minimum of 1 year experience Backend Dev, Software Engineer, Application support, Software Tester, Automation Developer, System Analyst, API Support or any related field
- Fully computer Literate with experience/Knowledge Application Support and Web Services;
- Knowledge in Java.script, Python would be advantage.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
